LIGHTING THE WAY TO SYDNEY AIRPORT

As part of the Sydney Gateway infrastructure project – a key construction link between WestConnex and Sydney Airport – Viking Industrial supplied a fleet of Apollo Solar Lighting Towers through both equipment rental and direct sales.

Our hybrid model gave contractors the flexibility to scale lighting solutions as the project progressed, with reliable, low-emission solar lighting supporting extended night works and reducing fuel use on-site.

Designed for civil construction and transport corridor upgrades, our lighting towers played a critical role in enhancing site safety and operational efficiency throughout this high-impact public works initiative.

With the project set to cut travel times to the airport by up to 40 minutes, Viking Industrial’s role in temporary and permanent lighting supply helped ensure smooth, compliant progress across all phases.
