Iron Bridge Magnetite Project

The Iron Bodge Magnetite Project Is located 14Skm south of Port Headland, Western Australia. It is an unincorporated joint venture between Fortescue’s subsidiary FMC Iron Bridge and Formosa Steel IB. The project is under development and will deliver 22mtpa of the highest grade magnetite concentrate product.

The Iron Bridge project includes the installation of a 135km concentrate Slurry pipeline to Port Headland. together with a return water pipeline.

With the first production scheduled by December 2022. and a ramp up period of 12 to 18 months. wow has supplied power to the construction phase since May 2020.

Viking Industrial has a large fleet of sale and rental equipment onsite, including the initial sale of twelve generators. We have recently provided 3 x 350kVA generators and a distribution board to power a three-hundred man Fly Camp. There Is also a fleet of 12 solar lighting towers currently in use.

The contract now involves a running list of equipment that can be called on depending on demand, and we are looking forward to over 25 years of equipment supply moving forward.
