We’re thrilled to announce that Viking Industrial is sponsoring Souths Rugby Union Club for another year!
Established in 1948, the Magpies have a long and proud history, producing 70 Queensland representatives and 30 Australian representatives to date. Today, Souths field a whopping 36 teams across Juniors and Senior competitions, as well as a Premier Women’s and Modified Rugby Program, making them one of Brisbane’s premier rugby clubs.
How our sponsorship helps
Driven by volunteers, the club relies on sponsorship to help them continue to support the players and fans and keep this important part of the Brisbane community alive and thriving.
The Viking Industrial Tent plays a critical role in running the players’ bar section on game day, where players can unwind and enjoy a well-deserved drink together after a hard-fought win. In addition to this, the tent is also used for various other functions, including corporate events, ladies’ day and more.
At Viking, we have a special place in our hearts for local organisations. As we continue to expand our business, we’re committed to increasing our support for local grassroots clubs, charities and businesses Australia-wide. Our goal is to give back to the community that has helped us grow and thrive.
