Meet Our Team

Anthony Jensen
Chief Executive Officer
Anthony is one of Viking’s founders. A diesel fitter by trade, he worked his way into a senior management role with a major rental company, building skills in rental fleet management and technical sales. As Chief Executive Officer for Viking, Anthony has led from the front since day one, encouraging quality work and a client service mentality without shortcuts. A positive culture, team mindset, and technical ability are assets that he and the other senior staff have instilled from the beginning, and they’re proud to see it become a trademark of the company.

Matt Wells
General Manager, Operations
Matthew has been with Viking Industrial since 2018, entering the business at the startup stage and helping the team build from the ground up. With a background as an electrician, leadership experience at BOC Gasses, and his own contracting business, Matthew has been a pivotal contributor to the strength of our Operations Team. With a new position as General Manager for Operations, the quality of your equipment and servicing is in good hands.

Craig Watson
Chief Operating Officer
Craig came from a sales and operations background in industrial equipment before working with WASP Diesel to build eight national branches. He gained major project experience with companies like Chevron, Rio Tinto and Woodside. Craig’s achievements in Viking focus on team building, culture and building systems to help his team succeed. He has been an integral leader in Viking’s Snowy 2.0 contracts, and in his newly created position, Craig now oversees our significant projects to ensure smooth and successful partnerships.

Cassie Hunt
General Manager, Business Services
After completing a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management, Cassie joined Viking in 2018 and quickly became one of Viking’s significant assets. With a rock-solid work ethic with knowledge across the entire company, Cassie started as a General HR and Finance Officer before moving into an Executive Assistant position in 2019. This year Cassie has moved into a much broader role where she can utilise her broad skill set.

Joel Keep
National Sales Manager
Joel joined the Viking team in early 2020 after spending 15 years as a tradesman in Civil and Road Construction. Joel’s strong transition from being on the tools to sales is attributed to his highly valued practical knowledge and experience. Previously our QLD/NT Sales Manager, Joel’s new role as National Sales Manager allows him to lead and support our Sales Team as we expand our scope across Australia.

Nick Burton
General Manager, Rental
Nick has been with us since 2018, starting as a Rental Coordinator. His strong work ethic and customer attention quickly led Nick to the role of Brisbane Branch Manager, helping him quickly understand all sides of the business. Nick’s organised work style suited our rental sector perfectly, where critical timelines and accountability to clients are a must. By mid 2020, Nick was successfully managing all East Coast Rental contracts, and has now filled the role of Rental General Manager, where he will lead our rental division nationally.

Simon Luu

In 2018 after his design business was sub-contracting for the company, Viking scouted Simon to join us full time. His broad skill set ranges from technical to creative to sales, often dashing from room to room to assist all business sectors.
